We believe that our primary responsibility is to be a contributing member of our community. As such, we proudly add (and match) 50 cents to each check as a donation to The Food Project, a food focused education and training center for youth and young adults within the U Empower Community Hub in Southwest Baltimore. Kosmas “Tommie” Koukoulis
Tommie has been the owner of Café Mezzanotte since May 2008. During his 17-year tenure, he has helped to reshape Mezzanotte’s focus and reputation, with a heavy focus on locally sourced, certified organic and sustainably grown or raised products. Tommie’s commitment to authentic cuisine and warm hospitality stems from his upbringing in the his family restaurants, as well as his Greek and Italian roots. Tommie is a proud husband to Pohai, and father of four healthy children.

Josue Molina
Josue is one of our most tenured staff... having worked his way through nearly every position at the restaurant, to now be in the highly influential and important role of Sous Chef Kitchen Manager. His hard work is exceeded only by his big heart. Josue is a capstone piece of the Mezzanotte Family. His leadership and experience are priceless to maintaining our high standard.

Paul Zonn
Paul has been with Mezzanotte for over 21 years, having started as a server and evolved into an outstanding General Manager. His commitment to quality and hospitality knows no equal, as he remains a steady constant of the importance of authentic hospitality in everything that we do. A food lover and garden enthusiast, Paul merges those passions as he manages (and often works hands-on) the organic Mezzanotte Garden.

Christos Sikofillos
Christos spent the better part of 16 years of his life refining his hospitality chops at Mezzanotte. He rose from busser to senior manager and beverage director. He recently moved on to broaden his horizons and explore other ways to share his gifts with the world. Christos will forever be considered an ambassador of Café Mezz, and has earned his place in the Mezzanotte Hall of Fame!

Craig Sandusky
Craig has been described by some as a restaurant prodigy. He demonstrates a knowledge of and capacity for hospitality greatness that far exceeds his years on this planet. Craig is a full time manager and one of the architects of our Wine and Beverage Program. Despite his already full work load, Craig’s commitment to hospitality is such that he still insists on moonlighting as a server one day a week (Mondays!), and remains one of our most requested servers to date. He has accomplished much already, and we are excited for what the future has in store for him.

Victoria Green
Victoria has been a part of the Mezzanotte family for nearly 5 years and has led our Catering and Banquets program for over 3 years. Her no-nonsense approach to everything that she does has made her a fast favorite to work with amongst staff and clientele alike.

Kara Landry
Kara’s has been a Severna Park main stay for over 20 years… blessing Mezzanotte with her unique brand of tough love and warm hospitality. She has earned a loyal following like no other, culminating with her recent nomination and WIN of The Capital Gazette’s 2025 Best Bartender of Anne Arundel County!

Olvan Chacon
Olvan is the embodiment of our commitment to ‘inspired hospitality.” Olvan is our backbone of professional service and fine dining standards. He is the proof that professional and friendly are not opposites, but rather two sides of the same hospitality coin. Perhaps that’s why Olvan was awarded the title of Best Server in Anne Arundel County by The Capital Gazette’s 2025 Best Of vote!

Cafe Mezzanotte specializes in an array of on and off premise catering services. We feature two private dining rooms and a furnished outdoor courtyard, providing many options for private events ranging from 20-100 guests.
We maintain experienced industry professionals for customized event planning, and who will coordinate your event from start to finish. Whether professional meetings and presentations, or personal celebrations and showers, our thoughtful staff will make your event a success.
On premises banquet events have many menu options to choose from in our On-Premises Banquet Menu, which includes Appetizers, Plated and Buffet events.
Let us compliment your work or home event with Large Party and Family Platters, available for pick-up and delivery.
